mythology, presented in the original Sean-agus
Mheán Ghaeilge and in English, this book
represents a range of stories and material
across the Irish corpus from the initial
interactions of the Tuatha De Danann with the
Gaels to medieval poetry.
The main focus is on a selection of tales about
the Tuatha De Danann and the Aos Sidhe,
giving readers a feel for how these beings
were understood at the times the stories were
written down.
Morgan Daimler writes about Irish myth, fairies,
and related subjects. Morgan is also the author
of a variety of fiction and non-fiction books
including the urban fantasy/paranormal romance
series Between the Worlds, and through Moon
Books a selection including Fairy Witchcraft,
Fairies, and A New Dictionary of Faries. They
have presented papers on the intersection of
fairies and fiction for Ohio State University's
'Fairies and the Fantastic' conference as well as
the 'Ill Met By Moonlight' conference. Morgan is
an amatuer translator of Old and Middle Irish.
